What Can I Return?

Most items shipped from GleamKing can be returned within 7 to 30 days of receipt. Please note that a few specific products may have different requirements, which we will clearly notify you of if applicable.

• Unwanted Items: You may return most new, unopened, and unused items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that return postage for unwanted items is at the customer’s expense.

• Faulty or Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or a direct replacement.
