What can I return?

Items shipped from GleamKing can be returned within 7-30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products may have different policies or requirements associated with them, we will notify you if this is the case.

You may return most new, unopened unwanted items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, postage will be at your expense.

You may return faulty or damaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement products.

When will I get my refund?

Usually in about 2 weeks from receipt of the returned goods.
