When you have finished with the water in the tank and need to empty the tank you simply need to open the easy to reach tap. The oven cleaning dip tank is also fitted with a pressure release valve for safety whilst heating the tank, ensuring that if the pressure gets too high it gets released safely if the lid is fitted.

The dip tank can also be supplied with a removable dip tank work area that has been prefabricated to fit into any van.
