Premium Insulated Construction

Unlike standard plastic tanks, this double-walled, fully insulated electric dip tank reaches 100°C to provide full cleaning power. We manufacture it using 2mm 304 marine-grade stainless steel for unbeatable strength and longevity.

Furthermore, the double-walled insulation helps maintain the water’s heat between jobs. As a result, the powerful 6kW dual-element system will heat the tank to 100°C in just 45 minutes. (Note: Our 3kW model heats up in 75 minutes).

Safe Transit and Operation

We designed this tank to ensure maximum safety while you are on the road and on the job.

• Spill-Proof Lid: Strong locking clips and a high-quality neoprene seal firmly secure the hinged lid. Consequently, this prevents spillages and allows you to safely transport hot water and chemicals while driving.

• Electrical Safety: The two heating elements feature separate leads, which come complete with RCD circuit breakers for total electrical safety.

• Pressure Relief: We fit the tank with an automatic emergency steam release valve. This crucial feature prevents any dangerous pressure build-up during the heating process.

• Easy Drainage: Once you finish the job, you can easily empty the tank using the convenient water drain valve located at the bottom of the unit.
